One of the most noticeable silhouettes in the jungle, this toucan had his favourite branch, and I could not help feeling he was enjoying having his portrait painted.  Even when not studying him, I was aware of his beady blue-ringed eyes on me.  It was a rare opportunity to venture to the extremes of the colour palette to capture the toucan’s flame-like bill.
